If you would like to see us on a self-pay or out-of-network basis, our standard exam fee is $180.

Late Cancellation - A $25 fee will apply for any appointment cancelled after 7AM the day of the appointment. If you are planning on using insurance coverage for the visit, please verify that we are in-network with your plan prior to the day of your appointment. Fees will apply to all late cancellations for insurance reasons.
